Who's The Most Due Player For A Breakout Season With The Bills?

    Charles Clay

    Stephon Gilmore

    Preston Brown

    Nigel Bradham

    Percy Harvin

    Sammy Watkins

    Robert Woods

    Cordy Glenn

    EJ Manuel

    Tyrod Taylor

    Other -----

Pick two players, one on offense and one on defense.

Offense - Tyrod Taylor. After backing up Flacco with four seasons of experience, T-Mobile has a breakout year and leads the Bills to the playoffs and maybe more. T-Money!

Defense - Nigel Bradham. The fastest linebacker on the field, I think he's going to be great in pass coverage for the Bills this year. Without Bradham, I don't think the Bills would have traded Kiko for McCoy.

    Pick 2.

Kujo on offense and Brown on defense - the latter in the sense that he'll be getting national recognition.

Well, I'm not saying they will, but that I think they're due...

Offense : Manuel, 3rd year, put up or shut up time if he has anything to put up, or I'll have to shut up on making excuses for him.

Defense : Bradham. I've never thought too much of his play. Never thought he was that bad, just not that good. The coaches though, seem to think highly of him. This is his 4th year, so if he's all that this is his time to show it.

I'm got hopes for them both, I'm just not all that sure of either.

maybe its just being an eternal optimist, maybe its just paranoid delusions, but i think ej will turn the corner and have a reasonably impressive season

on defense i think duke williams will shake of his shakey play last season and become a reliable safety

Re: Who's The Most Due Player For A Breakout Season With The Bills?

Offense: I think Karlos Williams has a surprisingly big year. His size and speed might be what the Bills are looking for in a change of pace back with McCoy and he might emerge as the #2 RB. Plus, the guy didn't fumble in college.

Defense: I don't know if it would be a surprise breakout, but I think Jerry Hughes either leads the league or is near the league lead in sacks. I think he's going to be a huge force as a rush LB in the "3-4 hybrid" system and that with the new coaching regime to make retaining him with a big new contract that Rex and Co. has a big plan for him.

    Manuel and Duke Williams.

    or...

    KuJo and Charles.

    I can't decide.

"Breakout" to me eliminates rookies, and includes only players that already have NFL experience but haven't produced yet.

If it's not Manuel and Watkins, this team is sunk.

Our starting safeties are going to lead the league in INTs. Just have to wait and see who earns the spot.

O: Kujo - he worked really hard in the offseason...kudos to him for that. :)
D: Preston Brown - he impressed last year and I think will continue to do so.

Re: Who's The Most Due Player For A Breakout Season With The Bills?

On offense I would love to say Sammy W but WR are 100% on who throws the ball so until we know who's gonna be our QB its hard to say. Gonna have to go with Cordy Glenn getting back into form and manning that LT position like a boss

Defense I'm gonna say either Gilmore or Preston Brown

    Nigel Bradham

Attack defense will cut him loose. This kid is an energy player and I think he will be the attitude and soul of the D.

Re: Who's The Most Due Player For A Breakout Season With The Bills?

Robert Woods, WR in his 3rd year and won't be covered by team's top cover CBs thanks to Watkins being here and Harvin could draw some other good guys. Toss in at times Woods has been the best WR in several games his brief career.

On defense, I'm going to predict Aaron Williams he's been solid the last two years but he might make the Pro Bowl this season as wouldn't be shocked he gets 7 picks this year.

Two good choices. This Bills offense is loaded with playmakers. Woods will see single coverage because teams can't afford to double up on him.

But I am going with EJ who will be throwing the ball to Woods & Watkins & Harvin & Clay & Hogan.

On Defense McKelvin is my choice because he was injured last year. I expect him to have a good year in Rex's defense.
