Same thing happens to the Redskins. They have so many season ticket holders that they sell out every game every year before the season even starts. But if they snuggle, people stop showing up and the stadium is only half full for the final few games.
I remember a few years back when they played Pittsburgh. None of the Skins fans wanted to go so they sold the tix, and the only people buying were Pittsburgh fans. So, the crowd was very pro-Steelers, then the same Skins fans who didn't go to the game were lizard about it the next day.

The game is at 4:30, but it will still be pretty hot in the stands. If it was a 1pm game, it would be brutal for people not used to the heat and humidity.
