So I am in florida at a bar, and they were showing NBA summer league games. And it got me thinking. Wouldn't that be a great idea for kids and prospects to develop and for us fans to pick apart and watch. How hard would it be to get something like that going?

They have prospect tournaments. You would get the Flames, Oilers, Jets and Canucks prospects all playing each other. Here is the link for this years. It is closer to training camp though so it doesn't exactly fit the bill as a summer league.
