I want to see Cassel starting. Those other two are jokers. If Ryan start Taylor or Manuel it is proof that Ryan is not a good head coach. (Which is already a given)

God it blows that this dude retired... I wonder if he has any second thoughts now with the changes that were made... I wonder what it would cost. Every man has a price right? Im not trying to be all Pollyanna about this but if we had a middling quarterback this team might have a real shot not just to make the playoffs but make a run. He's gotta see that right?
All Hail Josh Allen! Savior of the Buffalo Bills!

He's not even middling. More like piddling.

He won't but I think we'd be a serious playoff contender if he did.

Reading these polls just tells me how delusional everyone is. I'm sorry but EJ is not turning into a star.

If it weren't for the fourth down slide I'd be OK with bringing Orton back, but that single play soured me on him. He didn't play well enough all season to excuse that. Orton may still be the best option for this team theoretically if none of the other three step up, but I want guys on the field whose sole motivation is winning on game day.

I'm willing to let camp play out.

I see I'm alone in that thinking. Everyone else has it all figured.

I think the positive thing is, we don't need any of our QB's to be a star exactly, just slightly above average.

Sadly, even that's asking a lot.

But Greg Roman managed to get Alex Smith playing respectable football, ditto Kaep until D's figured out the pistol and how to contain him in the pocket.

It's not totally hopeless for us.

But I do agree it's unlikely EJ will ever be a star. Luckily we don't need him to be one (for now anyway, while we have this D).
