    Curtis Brown, RIP

Brown said he suffered four concussions, but his neurologist, Dr. David Brady at the Barnes Jewish Hospital said in the article, “We really think of the reported concussions like the four that Mr. Brown reported, as potentially the tip of an iceberg. There might be a lot under the surface that we don’t know about.”

When asked by Holliday if he would do anything different, Brown said, “I’d live my life the same.”

Undersized fullback for that era, some fumble issues time to time, never skimped on effort that I recall.

RIP Mr. Brown and thank you for the memories.

I was at the game in '78 when he had a ko return for a TD. He disappeared in a pile of players, popped out the other side of the bunch, and took it the distance. RIP Curtis.

I am sad. If I would have known, it would have been a cheesy rickroll. Thanks though Meathead, for the enlightening sentence which I'm sure helped lots of folks in this wondrous information age.
