Most of the talent has nothing to do with Buddy Nix & a lot of us hold him responsible for not addressing the QB position until the worst QB draft since 2007 and screwing the team on his way out. Who did he acquire that a kid with a magazine couldn't have acquired-and the kid with the magazine probably would have hit on a QB instead of trading up for TJ Graham.

Actually, he did a good enough job most everywhere except QB. Glenn is very much a Nix pick, for example. Wasn't bad in FA either, or the waiver wire.Over the years, blame, imho, has to be apportioned quite often towards poor (cheap) coaching staffs, not the least of which was Marrone and his offensive coaches.
