This is the can of worms that has been opened now... Quite possible that courts start to get flooded with players trying to get out of suspensions.

that's what is so absurd...why this case to get upset with the rulings that have occured fairly regularly from goodell. if you were someone who got suspended and lost game checks before this ruling, you have to appeal based on this decision.

you never want to say, "the nhl does it better" but their program of having a disciplinarian czar who is a former player review everything and make a public case citing precedent is the smart thing to do.

And frankly, the teams that paid fines for stickum or lumping in music should say, "you had no authority, we want the money back."

I also hope someone runs brady and the guy who should get suspended doesn't. "i didn't know hitting a qb 15 seconds after the play was illegal, and i didn't do it. it only seems like i did it."
