    KC Chiefs grooming QBs

3 of their 4 QBs are within the top 15 in the NFL preseason in completion percentage for all QBs throwing at least 20 passes. Two with QB ratings over 100 and their starter with 92. And the 4th guy? Did they cut him? No they extended him because they like him so much. 4 QBs. Wow. Wonder what that is like.

And the downtrodden, wayward Buffalo Bills can only find back-up RBs to throw the ball.

Am I meant to be envious of the Kansas City passing game?

Word has it that Alex Smith actually did complete a pass to a WR this preseason. I'm sure that's where you were going with that. Despite it, I stand on the op.

I liked Murray at Georgia and glad to see him doing well.

It is. Andy Reid has always been able to coax better rate #s out of a QB that almost anyone else, but the KC passing game is one of the most low-wattage units in the league. Kelce looks very good and Charles is on pace for the Hall of Fame, but the whole offense is limited by Alex Smith.

That's why they are "grooming" others. As in more than one. Strange though, that with al these QBs they put in a claim for Logan Thomas today.

Is one of the 4 on their way out via trade?
