    Over/Under on Jay Gruden firing

I'm going at after game 6. Then the new coach will name RGIII the starter.
They could wait until the bye, but I think Snyder will want to fire Gruden & put RGIII back in before a winnable game vs Tampa at home.

Is it me or was Jay Gruden over hired.

To me he was a slightly above average OC whose brother was a very good, SB winning, coach.

Personally, would have never hired him.

All depends on how Cousins does. RGIII doesn't seem to garner a whole lot of support from coaches or teammates, so despite what the owner thinks/wants he has made himself into a pariah by blaming someone else every time something he does goes wrong.

I'm sure Redskins fans would love to fire Snyder they have been a joke since he took over. What a difference that team has made going from Jack Cooke to Snyder

Having witnessed his 3 years at CIN, he was decidedly a below-average OC. He constantly went pass-happy when down as little as 7 points. I'm amazed that jhe got a HC job.
