    Scary scene when it happened.

Reminded me of what happened to Parent back in 79 that ended his career.

Would be good to see Lundqvist back on the ice tomorrow.

Can't find the games on the radio... Some really weak AM station that is okay during sunlight hours but merges with 3 other stations at night. Hard to here the call of a puck dump in with Spanish talk and christian evangelical prayer layered over it.

Besides. Latinos can't get the whole puck thing and a lot of post season money is going to the Heat.

Blues think they have taken the lead but coaches challenge reverses the call, BlackHawks would go on to win the game 3-2

Whoever the play-by-play guy was for the Tampa Bay @ Detroit game was flat out _horrible_. I had to shut it off.
It wasn't even that he was a Detroit homer, he was just flat out that bad at it.

Nice to see the Blues win, but that play by Panarin on his first faceoff ever in the NHL is making me lean toward him for ROY.
Lehner's history. He just doesn't know it yet.

I haven't been following it much but I'm disappointed to see the Caps having their way with Philly. All I care about is that the Caps don't win the Cup.

philly fans suck. I don't like the caps, but their bandwagon fans have been through it. they've seen early exits when they were good, they've blown 2 game leads before, so I think the fans know pain.

The "fans" have been through playoff disappointment but not real disappointment because they weren't there when the team started struggling. Before the 04 lockout, it was like the Caps almost didn't exist. No one wore the year, no one talked about the team, the arena was half empty unless a good team or a team that travels well was in town. I used to get tickets for less than face value.

Then they got Ovechkin and he generated some interest. Then they went on that great run after they hired Boudreau during the season and they've been good ever since. All of a sudden there are millions of "fans" who don't know **** about the sport or even their team. At the games, people get pissed about obvious icing or offsides calls because they don't understand the rules. If you go to a game in Buffalo, you'll see people wearing slug and goat head gear. Well, the Caps had these black, blue and gold sweaters before they reverted to their more classic logo they used now. You literally NEVER see people wearing that pre-04 stuff because Caps "fans" were all but non-existent. Most of the people in DC just didn't care about hockey and/or came from somewhere else and rooted for their hometown team.

But DC loves a trend and everyone couldn't wait to jump on board once the winning started. They've got maybe 2-3 good years left before age and the cap catches up to them and they'll be out of the playoffs for 2-3 seasons of rebuilding. It'll be interesting to see who stays on the bandwagon. If the Redskins or the Wizards are winning, it won't be anyone.

The hit by Bellamare on Orlov last night was horrible. No place at all for that **** in the game.

And today, Andrew Peters tried to blame Orlov.

Well you can't blame Peters. He has CTE because his hockey fighting style involved blocking the other guy's punches with his face.

Holy crap. Orlov is lucky he didn't get his neck broken. Brutal.

Bellemare messed up, knew it immediately and went over to check on Orlov. To his credit, you don't see that too often. Video with commentary en francais.
