Tim Graham says Dallas wanted to trade up for Pax Lynch, but the Bills declined. Presumably, a 2nd round pick or better would've been offered to move up from 36 to 19. Would you've taken it?
Side note: would've been relevant justice for Losman

I would of passed as well. If Dallas was offering multiple picks then we could of done a little dance.

Based on this, and what I heard last night, I think they've had about enough of Romo.
And when does Jones pull the trigger on Garrett?

Pretty sure for the Cowboys to move from #34 pick to #19, it will cost them an additional #1 2017 plus another pick this year.

Jerry Jones agonized over failed Paxton Lynch trade, saying hard to give up 2 prospects who help win right now for QB you hope not to play
