Yeah, I realize it's probably a lateral move.
Roman gets promoted to head coach, he and Whaley choose the DC. Any DC brought in under the strict understand that the talent he is given is what he's got. And ...its a great deal of talent. There would be more than one aspiring DC itching to get that amount of talent to orchestrate.
Russ gets ball gagged and any info he has regarding the DC position, or any other football related matter will be ignored.
This cycle of doing the same stupid things and expecting different results has to end.
