Plus, like I said, I don't feel much value to some posters, so it's not a huge loss at the moment
Well, your first mistake is taking things on social media too seriously.

For me, it's just fun and games.

Of course I've learned in real life, what somebody will say in a E-Mail or on the telephone is far different than what they will say in person.

I think that stems from my confrontational behavior. Like I said, I'm very stubborn when debating. In person, I'm very relaxed and easy going. Like I said though, I'm actively working on that aspect of my personality. This place is fun, more often then not.

And as already said, I never asked for anyone to be banned or restricted.

    You are as always delusional.

Shouting profanities and threatening violence are not redeeming qualities anywhere in the world except for in the good old USA.

I do understand why you admire Wagon however since you are very similar.

Yes, its funny how he wants to put random internet posters on ignore.. That's what he referred to me as.. A random internet poster, there for the advice I was offering up meant nothing...

So.why he seeks health advice from other random internet posters is beyond me..

I would call him a little bitch or a homo, but even a bitch and a homo have bigger balls than jammy does.

Hey moonie. During my workout tonight, I just felt weaker and more fatigued. I've been eating good for you foods at smaller portions. Is it possible I'm just not eating enough? Or maybe pushing myself too hard, climbing the skyscraper, hitting 20 thousand to 25 thousand steps a day (about 10 to 13 miles) plus the pushups?

You're over training. Depending on your regimen, you do need to have rest days, especially if you are weight training. Your muscles and CNS need to recover. It is the bane of bodybuilders and why steroids are so effective. They help you recover more quickly as well as facilitate protein utilization. That's actually why they were invented....to help people recover form injuries faster.

Look up "Overtraining". It can actually be worse than not training at all.

That is the difference between Northern and Southern Italians -- Northern Italians know that air weighs nothing but Southern Italians are just thick skull cement heads.

Got it. I usually do a full body work out every other day, that along with work which I am always moving. Most of its just walking, so no biggy, but I'll take a step back

Over training is one of the biggest mistakes for new trainees. It's so quintessentially American that people think "More Is Better". It rarely is the case. You start working out and you feel so good because of the brain chemicals exercise stimulates. It mirrors taking opiates as far as brain chemistry. So, if I feel this good now, I'll just work out harder.

High Intensity workouts (either weightlifting or cardio) should only last an hour/hour 1/2. Then at least one rest day.

Listen to your body, it will tell you what you should do.

Well, it's more or less trying to get in the habit and not take a step back. But I also can't work out till the earliest Thursday so hopefully I'll be good to gom
