As a father of two, I am not buying what he is selling.
Karlos Williams just turned 23 last month.
...AND HE ALREADY HAS FOUR CHILDREN!!!! Whether or not they are by the same woman, I don't know. But it warms my heart that he's doing the right thing and finally getting married now. LOL.
Looks like he's out to break all sorts of records.
tough spot to be in when they've picked another running back and signed another one. to boot, he has concussion issues. he may not survive the cut.
After the way he described his concussion last year, with his running style, I'm not optimistic his pro career is going to last too long anyway.
I always wanted the Bills to get a piledriving, bulldozing, but quick and agile back like Pete Johnson (old Bengals) in his prime, but when Karlos described his concussion symptoms last year, I thought it was ominous (more for him than the position) and pretty indicative that he's not going to be playing a long time.

A "power" running back with I think 2 concussion issues in his youth, plus another injury, now over weight. I like our 4th round pick at RB.
Lou Saban: You can get it done, you can get it done. And what’s more, you’ve gotta get it done.
3 years and he will be out of the league, tops.
Just put a bucket of Duff's wings in the end zone....

And this is what happens when there is no accountability in the organization from the top down.
I get it- players are human, having the discipline to stay healthy is hard, especially in a country like this where we are constantly surrounded by unhealthy food choices. Sometimes guys **** up and get out of shape.
But he basically said "I didn't even try. "

They're already calling him FEAST-MODE.
He's 23 YO, he can lose that weight in 4 weeks max with proper diet & exercise. I lost dozens of pounds in that time without professional help and a similar weight (~double his age). The concussion events worry me more than him being chubby, it's a career ender.
First, the lack of accountability within this organization is the issue here, not how quickly he can lose the weight.
Second, the article says Rex pulled him off the field and put him on a stationary bike to sweat off the pounds, which means he's missing practice time.
This happens to someone every year for every team. If he's fat in August we have a problem on our hands. There is just nothing else to overreact about, so here we are.
