Nhl picks below 2 aren't that good as most there don't have the speed to play in the league. To move up to 3 will take more than that specially with the player that they can get there. I think you would have to include a player and a high pick 2 or 1.

Puljujarvi is big, fast and can score. That is tough to walk away from for just picks.
