Why does everyone act like everyone in Buffalo makes $10 an hour? There is more than enough fans that can afford a ticket in any market, including Buffalo. A new stadium downtown is going to get fans that the current one doesn't attract.
It's a form of entertainment regardless of the teams record.

I agree with this statement. A new stadium will likely price out many families which will be a shame, but it will attract a new crowd/demographic that hasn't been willing/wanting to go to the Ralph.
One thing is for sure, the Ralph is cursed and it's time to get away from the bad Juju of those Indian bones that have been haunting us since we moved in.

I went to a Giants game and I got to tour Levi's stadium it's a beautiful stadium... built for 2 billion, similar to Ford Field seats 68,500 expandable to 75,000 the seating design puts 2/3 of the fans in the lower bowl WHICH IS ONE OF IT'S KIND IN THE ENTIRE NFL, significantly improved accessibility and seating options for fans with special needs and disabilities (something that Ralph Wilson Stadium has been criticized for not having enough of) the majority of the luxury suites on one side of the field, puts the fans in the upper deck closer to the action.

2 yes's vs 1 no. Unfortunate the no is at your expense, but I think you missed my sarcasm.
Like I said and it should have been obvious, do you want us to have a crap team (anyway) that costs more ? Like (hello ?) a cheaper crap team is better than an expensive crap team.
Working model, I snicker at you.
That was a good article in the buffalorumblings site.
Other considerations are the nationwide thing about concussions. Whaley's words of a few weeks ago..."football is a violent game that humans aren't supposed to play." Lem Barney saying that football's days are numbered, a few years ago.
Looming large is the spectre of "unbundling" of cable and sat dish programming. The NFL has that multi-billion dollar deal with ESPN. If the large numbers of subscribers who don't give a rat's patoot about the NFL dump all those ESPN flavors and save themselves 5 or 10 bucks a month, advertisers won't pony up and pay today's ad rates 'cause less viewers are on tap.
Tying up in-city land for a stadium would be a tough sell.
I think the Pegula's cautious approach is correct.

here are how the NFL teams rank as far as ticket prices go's, the Bills are 3rd from the bottom meaning they are 1 of the cheapest tickets in the league. it wouldn't hurt to raise prices a little esp if you wan't to compete for a championship. remember the Nfl is a sharing league so it really isn't fair that other clubs tickets are so high and the Bills are so cheap.
