The Hockey News listed him at #25 over all.

Never mind Jakob Chychrun dropping over 10 spots, Pu dropped into the third round! Granted, that's because in London the team is incredibly deep. THN notes he's an all-around player who does everything well, but nothing elite.

By the way, Buffalo drafted a teammate of Nylander's in Round 7: Austin Osmanski(who's an East Aurora native and Buffalo Jr. Sabres graduate).

Look at it this way: Sam Reinhart had to head back to the WHL for a season after we drafted him to get him NHL ready. Hasn't affected his game, has it?
