    Re: Reggie Bush just signed

If true, I (still) don't get it. They have McCoy and Gillislee, Karlos will miss four games, and Jonathan Williams hasn't even been suspended yet and might not be this year if they can delay his case or he can somehow beat it. Where does Reggie Bush fit and how many running backs can you carry? Not to mention if they signed him before the season starts his salary for the year is fully guaranteed.

Am I missing something? Do they plan on cutting Karlos or Jonathan Williams?

I don't expect his suspension to be more than 1 game and it may not even happen this year. It usually takes a while to get through the legal and review processes.

We'll have to see how Bush looks in TC and preseason, but I don't see his role being that significant unless the other guys start getting hurt or he looks really good.

Bush gives us a guy who can catch out of the backfield and serve as our primary punt returner. So while not a great feature back option he's a good depth signing.

If healthy, he's an excellent player and adds another dimension to our formidable running game (#1 last season). Our offense is going to get better.

Thumbs up Re: Reggie Bush just signed

Excellent?...Hardly, but he's a good singing and adds much needed depth.

I was told that they had points they agreed to on the contract and Bush was signing the deal, I have no idea why it hasn't been announced unless he had to go for a physical. I knew that was coming up but there's HIPAA regulations, so we should see how it all works out soon.

This source is not my relative like usual, so I'm getting this info from a not as well known. I'd call them mediocre versus poor.

I was also told something else today that I cannot mention at all, it's not good and I hope it doesn't come about. We have more trouble coming if it turns that way, OP will be in his F-in glory.

Can you say when (or if) you anticipate the news becoming public?

For starters, Karlos is going to miss the first 4 games, so another back is needed. That represents 25% of the season right there. If Karlos does not appear to be motivated to return to last season's form, he could be gone after that.

At the rate of attrition we had last year, it is possible that there could be injuries that prolong his stay.

Or, they could easily cut Gillislee - after all, they found him on the Dolphins practice squad. Or, if they feel that Bush really does not have much to offer then they could part ways with him instead.

I don't think anything could be wrong with Darby. According to his Twitter, he landed in Buffalo about a day ago.

My biggest concern is if it involves Shaq's injury.

So what? Why should that mean anything?

Lots of good-to-great players were on teams' practice squads early on. The Bills had Jason Peters on their practice squad. Guys like James Harrison, Arian Foster, Kurt Warner, Rod Smith, Cameron Wake, etc.

Gillislee was a fifth round pick, just like Jonathan Williams and Karlos Williams. Just like Kyle Williams. That doesn't matter either.
