Some talk from up here, about Bo Levi Mitchell. There might be some names of QB's that you did not know that spent time up here.

Political correctness ( or cancel culture as it is called today) is a doctrine fostered by a delusional ,illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by MSM which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
Harry S Truman 1941.
Mitchell just broke a moon record of 14 unbeaten games streak.

Just stop. We heard all this talk about him in the winter of 2015 before we signed Tyrod Taylor.
He'd be in the NFL by now if he was an NFL QB.
There's a better chance of finding an NFL QB in Arenaball.
No idea, but I'd worry about his durability. Taylor looks small and carries 21 more lbs than Mitchell does, wee Russell Wilson carries 19 more lbs and is 3 inches shorter. The modern game is unforgiving down south, the extra play gives more chances for aggressive blitzes.

Which CFL QB's have successfully transitioned to the NFL? I can think of Flutie and.... Flutie.
From Arenaball: Kurt Warner, Tommy Maddox, John Forcade, Paul Justin.
Mitchell's arm strength, size, and athleticism would all be issues in the NFL. He's a perfect fit for the CFL and he should stay there and continue to light it up.
COMING SOON...

Arm strength is usually not an issue for CFL qb's. Based on the size of the field, a ten yard out to the wide side becomes like a 35 yard pass. They either need a cannon or have to throw it so early and hope the guy gets there on time. Usually it's the cannon. Having said that the list is short of guys who went south and had any success. The list is just as short for NFL QBs (usually draft picks or back up/3rd qbs) who were supposed to light the CFL on fire based on the weaker talent and did. I really can't think of any.

David archer came here after a few yrs in the NFL and did not to bad with a ****ty team. But many of Heisman guys have fallen flat on their face here.
Yes, arm strength. It's not just about the ability to throw the ball a far distance but the ability to throw it on a rope into tight coverage windows, the ability to throw across your body if need be, and the ability to control that strength and put enough touch on the ball to get it over the LB but short of the SS when a defense goes Cover 2 Zone. BLM doesn't have that, he's a great CFL QB though.
