Does not sound encouraging that McCoy will play this Sunday

    Joe Buscaglia@JoeBuscaglia 1h1 hour ago
#Bills OC Anthony Lynn on McCoy's hamstring: Last year we went week to week, and I don't want to do that anymore. Want him fully healthy.

Even though Rex probably wants to play him from his talk today to reporters. I'm on board. Instead of having the version of McCoy of early last season who was recovering from the hamstring injury, I'd rather getting him fully healed so he can dominate games. That means sitting out the NE game, too if necessary.

I am ok with him missing Miami but missing new england seems like too much, especialy with the receiving corp injuries.

I'm told #Bills RB LeSean McCoy (hamstring) is not playing this Sunday and could miss more time thereafter, depending on healing.

Wish they would stop ****ing around sign Karlos off the Steelers PS.

Williams hasn't shown dick and Reggie Bush's best play was hurlding a Ram on a 3 yard run.

Enough already, can we hire a REAL strength and conditioning person?

I think ramming this "hurlding" was his best play....

Karlos might not be in football shape. Jonathan Williams was okay against the 49ers except the fumble.

Without McCoy this team on offense is in trouble.

He is the main component of the offense and the backups are nowhere near his level.

Use Manuel at QB, hardcount every snap, Taylor at hb in a wishbone with Bush, use direct snaps. Get Colton Schmidt out there into it on later downs for quick kicks and pooch punts.

    I'm on top of this.

Just like last year the running game will be fine without him. Karlos Williams outperformed him last year. Gillespie will be fine.

Its not like your team is beating the Pats anytime soon.

It's one thing to be the change-of-pace RB, and quite another to be the bell-cow starter.

Give a guy a handful of carries a game (just a few or less than double digits), look at the YPC stat lines, and then figure they outperformed the bell-cow. No.

Mc Coy is twice the RB Karlos is. Start Karlos the whole season somewhere and find out. Gillislee had one game as a starter trying to carry the load, and he did not do well whatsoever. I still like him though, and think he's better than that.

More touchdowns, better YPC, more 10+ yard runs on 110 less attempts.

If the line opens the holes Gillislee will be fine.

Everyone says this after each hammy injury. Yet I see this happening on every roster.

Maybe these guys are just too torqued up ? Never saw these many injuries years back or maybe the illegal drugs/shots masked a lot of it and no longer can.

According to reporters, McCoy went through stretching and positional drills with the team today. Not sure what his participation will be beyond that, but it's a good sign. I still don't expect him to play this week, but hopefully it's a sign he'll be back sooner than later.
