    Make the right decision to save its life... Even if it has multiple other, obviously better choices to make, it always ends up making the worst possible decision... See Rex when Hugh Jackson and Jim Schwartz were both available for us...

    I was also a proponent of the Jackson + Schwartz combo.
    However, the performance of Cleveland does not shine a very positive light on Jackson. Although I am not sure how much is his fault. My mom was recently invited for a QB tryout there ...

          So Hugh Jackson can't win and the Philly D has sucked for the last month and the team is in last place.

          Using that parallel is not helping. Try some winners.

            Well Hugh Jackson has won, what, zero games as a head coach?

            Schwartz had 29 wins in 5 seasons as head coach of the Lions.

            I'm glad they didn't choose either one of those guys over Rex.

              The man's name is Hue Jackson. I think Cleveland consumes all coaches. The last man to win a playoff game there was Belichick.

                    I think this is a coordinator based league now. You get the right coordinator on both sides of the ball, give them the talent THEY want, and turn them loose. Hc is a figurehead.

                      no more retreads, Lane Kiffin might be a steal and has been through the ringer, I think his years at Bama under Saban has done him wonders and lets not forget he took 3 different type of QB's and made the system work around them. I think he could develop a QB where others have failed.
