Team would have gelled a lot sooner. But injuries happen to every team. So you can't use it as an excuse in professional sports.

I don't think anyone really is. It's just saying "what if? "

Blysma seems settled on having Samson as Jack's RW. The question for me is do they go all skill and pencil Nylander in on the LW next year, keep Foligno there, or look for another option?

Personally I'm hoping they can go all skill on that line and pencil in Nylander.

I feel Nylander needs another season of Rochester. He's growing nicely, but he's still green

From the sound of it I think you're right.

Another year on the Amerks and spot visits to the big club seems to be the prudent idea.

That's exactly what I'm thinking. Maybe find a LW through trade or free agency even if it is a stop gap.

Id rather see Boyle get a contract to be our 3rd line pivot. Have Kane on his left wing and Bailey on his right wing. Talk about one heavy line that would be very difficult to deal with.

Leave Foligno - Eichel - Reinhart that way for an entire year.

The challenge then becomes who plays with ROR and Okposo. Personally I don't think Vanek will get the contract or payday he's looking for. He's going to be doomed to one or two year contracts from here on out. Look for a vet on a one year deal here.

That leaves Girgs, Ennis, Moulson and Larson rounding out he 4th line and depth.

2 more points so far tonight. His dad said the injury was still affecting him when he first came back. If the last month is what we can expect from a fully healthy Jack next year could be fun.
