I think it's a little unfair to grade Kelly on just the Jaguars results this year.

In 2015 he helped Yeldon to over 700 yards rushing and over 1,000 total yards from scrimmage in only 12 games. He also worked in Oakland and was the only NFL coach who was ever able to maximize McFadden's talents when he got him 1,100 rushing yards and 500 passing yards in 2013 while playing in only 13 games.

We have an OC, we just can't announce him. As more offensive assistants get added, the more that seems to be the case.
