How many of those WRs were really that good? The only one we might miss is Robert Woods, but there is still that lingering issue about who is going to be throwing the revivers the ball in the first place...

I'm not sure you are getting my point.
They have 5 FA receivers because other than Woods and China Doll Watkins, they have demonstrated an inability to draft other worthwhile WRs that can stick with the club. So round and round they go.
