he's garbage, hasn't done a thing in 3 years. injuries have caught up.
Injuries are definitely a big concern. But he showed he still had some skills last season. Buffalo would certainly be attractive to him. This is something that makes a lot of sense for the Bills. I dont think they would need to spend too much either.

It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

Building the receiving corps without a decent QB just seems pointless at this juncture. The last time this team went out and landed a big-time free-agent receiver, they paid a huge sum of money on a Pro Bowl TE who now sees 2-3 targets a game.

I think Cruz would be as good as anyone else we currently have minus Watkins. Which of our WR's (Goodwin etc) can even play 8 games.

Yeah, you can get mileage out of vet receivers with wear on them if you have a good passer, but we don't. Cruz would get brutalized and not make it far.
Pay him Per each regular season game he plays in, I bet he won't make the league minimum.
Clay has never made the Pro Bowl. Clay also had a team-leading 87 targets this year (in 15 games) out of 474 passing attempts, which is about 18%.
If he had played all 16 games and gotten his typical 6 targets, it would have put him around 19.6%.
