    #1 Trust Marcell Dareus

    #2 Back up your starting quarterback with Cardale Jones

    #3 Sign SCRUBS to replace STARTING Players

    #4 Ignore scouting reports then draft players already injured

    #5 Exhaust your cap space then let your best Linebacker sign with Oakland

    #6 Fire head coaches every 2 years
