CB Marcus Sayles could turn into a decent player.

"Marcus Sayles impressed in the weight room with a 40-in vertical jump, and an 11-foot broad jump. On the field, Sayles continued to impress as he clocked a 4.49 time in the 40-yard dash and impressed the scouts in drills."
The cornerback put together quite the successful career at West Georgia. The team's website noted that Sayles started in 46-of-47 games in his four-year career. He recorded 12 interceptions in four seasons, including a career-high five interceptions this season, with 36 passes defensed. He also holds the team's record for kick blocks with 13.

I saw an article today (I forget where) that made the point that the Patriots somehow manage to sign some of the best undrafted free agents who come out each year. It is not some alleged genius on the part of New England's management. It is the fact that these kids can go wherever they want (as long as they get an offer) will gravitate to a winner. That being the case, it might be wise for Buffalo's future GM to keep a close eye on the waiver wire come early September for New England cuts.

It's not just NE waivers we should be looking for.....ANY team routinely better than us we should look at....Sea, Pitt, Dall.....and right now, if St Mary's school for the Blind puts someone on the damn waiver wire - we should be looking at them.........!!

The draft choices don't count against the roster limit until they sign a contract, so the last 2 signees will require cuts, but not until they're signed.
