I like that the Pegulas look outside the organization for help unlike Ralph who seemed to favor yes men. Yet the Pegulas have a quick trigger finger which might be difficult to build or sustain anything. I liked the McDermott hiring, and liked Whaley and GMTM with the Sabres. Now it's just the waiting game.
