So we finally have someone in the front office that has evaluated a player before?
Malik Boyd? .... isn't he Obama's half crazy brother?

I am getting some of my old Bills' enthusiasm back again, based on these recent front office moves. It seems like we are hiring young, sharp football minds, rather than over-the-hill good ole boys, retreads, has-beens and clowns.
It will take a while to get us back on track, but I think we are moving, in unison, in the right direction. Now, if Overdorf is sent packing, I will be very happy.

The hiring of regional and area scouts could be a little tricky. If you're gonna get scouts with real experience, it's going to be a lateral move. Up to now, Beane has been able to offer something in the way of an extra little perk. Gaines became VP of Player Personnel, not just Director of Player Personnel. At least in name, it's a promotion.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
