You know, with this whole Charlottesville situation, I saw several people arguing that while hate speech is protected by the Constitution, inciteful speech isn't, and things like swastikas incite violent actions/reactions so they aren't covered under the First Amendment.

I don't know enough about the related case law to know if that's a correct interpretation.

I do know this, though: if it is true, then the Patriots logo needs to be banned because I immediately want to unleash violence on anyone I see wearing it.
