I'd say he showed an awful lot of "poise" winning that at the last second, wouldn't you?

That just because a QB wins a game in crunch time doesn't make them good. You're really that stupid that I had to spell it out for you?

Oh boy. I can't believe I'm even wasting time with you, but do you even watch these college qb's being talked about ?
Or do you just want to come in here and talk stupid. Shouldn't you be in the lib forum crying about Bernie.

I recorded the Clemson/Louisville game because I was interested in seeing Lamar Jackson play, but I came away a lot more impressed with Clemson's qb.

You're not worried about all the INTs?

                  Luke Falk. 37/49 396 yards 6 TDs.

Had a bad week last week, but rebounded nicely against a poor Oregon State squad. Have to see how he does against real competition, even though DB isn't a fan of him.

I'm a fan of Darnold. This year will be interesting though, because last year his offense had a ton of experience. Not as much this year, and it showed against Texas because the OL struggled to protect him.

To me, the idea of the elite QB is dying. It was Manning/Brady for a while. Who is succeeding them? Rodgers is the closest I've seen. Everyone else is just good to very good. Darnold would be one of those, in my book, and he does seem to have the elusive "it" factor.

I'm not saying he's perfect. His throwing motion is a little long and his footwork is sloppy at times. He throws from a lot of different arm angles but he is pretty accurate. He can work on those things and he will with NFL coaching . What he does have is poise, a calmness when the pressure is at it's greatest, the big stage and bright lights don't bother him, he doesn't shrink in the moment, he rises and his teammates believe in him. Clutch. The "it" . Few have it.

                            Couple of updates:

Rudolph had a mediocre day and his team lost. 2 TD 2 INT. I'm good with this, hopefully it keeps him off the middle of the radar scope for the teams crappier than us this season.

Here's a thought on him by a scout.

Mayfield- Another great day 3 TD 0 INT games not over but looks like a win

Darnold- ok day 2 TD 1 INT and a win

Luke Falk threw for his usual 400 plus yards (5 TD)

WTF numbers, I can't get past the system and his noodly looking arm. But what do I know...dude loves him some Tom Brady, maybe he'll become the next.
