Nice to get a win but they nearly pissed away a 4 goal lead against an awful hockey team. Lehner was great early then fell apart late.

Also the game was way too wide open. The Sabres can win a track meet against Arizona coming off 4 days rest. They won't win a track meet against Pittsburgh, Tampa, Toronto, etc.

Watch Eichel on the 2-0 that Kane scores on. When he receives the pass from Kane, he bobbles it. That was intentional to get rantta to stay still. It bought Kane a bit more time when he did make the pass.

What's the story with Pouliot? I don't know anything about him. He's been dumped many times by some decent teams (LINK). He seems like a decent 2nd or 3rd line LW. Why do teams keep letting him go?
