Probably because prior to 2017 Hauschka was teammates with Michael Bennett, who is an undeniable example of somebody who was unfairly harassed because of the Institutional Racism you'll find in many police departments across the US.

Michael Bennet lied his ass off and said a cop put him on the ground, only b/c he was black and said he would "blow his ****ing head off."

The tape showed that was all bull****. Everyone in that casino was black; they put Bennett down b/c he was fleeing the scene which -- HELLO -- is suspicious. And, of course, there was no gun to his head or threats to kill him, but you will just lie about it anyway b/c you're a disingenuous liberal and fabrication is built in your blood.

As an African American male I've definitely been targeted by police on many occasions due to the color of my skin. Some of you guys are have no clue........it's definitely an issue.

Everytime I get pulled over by a cop for whatever reason I have to ask numerous times "is it ok if I reach in my glove compartment for my registration or can I reach in my back pocket for my wallet" and still be scared outa my mind if today is gonna be the day some cop overreacts and pulls his trigger.

You may think this is only a black thing but I can tell you if I don't already have everything out when the officer approaches me, I can tell you I wouldn't have the balls to reach for ANYWHERE WITHOUT first getting permission from them. That would be just plan stupid no matter what color you are!

Bob Costas was on Bill Maher last night.

He called the people "who just wanna sit on their couches and watch the damn sport" knuckle-draggers.

He believes that politics and sport are way too intertwined (in many ways, the just the Kaep stuff) to even separate the two.

Me personally, I just wish these guys would try to remember that the bottom line is that they are in the entertainment business....and that includes Costas.

All sides need to keep it in perspective.

That's all I want too. We get bombarded with these issues all day everywhere. I accept that their reasons for protest are legitimate. I just don't want it in my entertainment. Period. Sports used to be an escape from that. We all need that escape even if it's just for 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon.

The video is very short, and he's already on the ground when it begins. There is CLEARLY an officer with his gun out aimed at Bennett. It's not the officer with his knee on his back, but there's no denying he had a gun aimed at him.

Also, do you happen to know what he was fleeing the scene OF? Since I assume you don't (because you're a ****ing idiotic piece of ****, and idiotic pieces of **** traditionally don't know a goddamn thing) there was a noise that everybody thought was a gunshot. If you hear a gunshot, are you likely to stick around and find out what's going on? Maybe, since you're an idiotic piece of ****, but normal intelligent people like Bennett GET THE **** OUT OF THERE. There's nothing even REMOTELY suspicious about running away from a ****ing gunshot.

But that's why they're protesting. Because they have a platform that forces people who are otherwise not likely to be inconvenienced by institutional racism and police brutality to think about them. The fact that you're more annoyed by their protests during an untelevised portion of your escape than the legitimate issue they're protesting speaks volumes about YOUR character, not theirs.
