There have been plenty of times over the last 17 years when we've had worse W-L records at this point in the season. There have been plenty of lopsided losses and 3 game losing streaks.
But I don't recall ever being utterly dominated in every phase of the game for 3 consecutive weeks.
This team will be lucky to win again.

The 2003 team finished 6-10, they're 3 worst games they were outscored a combined score of 8-99........that's 2.6 - 33 avg.
This team is 5-5 and they're 3 worst losses were a combined score of 55-135......avg out to 18.3 - 45.
The book hasn't been written on this season but that 2003 team couldn't score points or stop anyone.

When considering how many bad teams are in the NFL this season....especially the AFC, yes, this is the worst of the drought teams.
I was thinking about this myself on Sunday night.
This may be the worse team I have seen over the past almost 20 years.
