    Trump had a plan ready to roll but he never used it. He was going to stop money from Mexican workers here going back to Mexico. It would have been a monster percentage of Mexico's GDP. Mexico would have cut the check in minutes.... Naturally the uproar and legal challenges aside... it was a plan.

    I often associate the idea of a plan with the concept that you need to qualify it by saying the legality of it aside...
