    Re: 2019 Senior Bowl Thread

I believe 5 of 8 Bills draft picks from 2018 and 4 of 6 from 2017 were senior bowl participants. Assuming that trend continues and considering the fact the Bills have 10 picks right now, it's probably safe to bet that quite a few future Bills will be playing in this game. It will be interesting to see who they spend a lot of time with.

Anthony Johnson getting good reviews.... might be climbing back up the draft board after his injury plagued season cost him some draft stock in the media's eyes

    Debo Samuel

I’ll take him in the mid rounds all day. And he can return kicks.

    Re: 2019 Senior Bowl Thread

Some interesting notes in this article: https://bleacherreport.com/articles/...n-day-1#slide6

    - Don't really care about the QBs, but if you're into hand sizes they've got you covered.
    - Montez Sweat seems to be impressing.
    - There's a CB named Rock Ya-Sin that's apparently pretty good too. I don't even care how good he is, I want him just because his name is Rock Ya-Sin.
    - WR Deebo Samuel is expected to rise up draft boards and seems more likely to be an early round pick than a mid-rounder. He sounds like a dynamic playmaker.
    - Some info on OT Dalton Risner. Sounds like he's got a nasty attitude you want in an O-lineman.
    - There's a small school TE that measured in at 6'8" and looks like a pretty good athlete too named Donald Parham. I'm intrigued.

    Re: 2019 Senior Bowl Thread

I don't want to appear bias, but I really think the team at The Draft Network is a phenomenal one and they are killing the Senior Bowl Coverage.

    North Practice Report - https://thedraftnetwork.com/2019/01/...keaways-day-1/

Senior Bowl Preview Interior Offensive Lines - https://thedraftnetwork.com/2019/01/...ffensive-line/

    Weigh-In Results
    Senior Bowl Weigh-in Results - https://steelersdepot.com/2019/01/20...ement-results/

    Some thoughts:
-Really intrigues by Houston CB Isaiah Johnson, he came in at 6022, 207 lbs with a 78+" wingspan, also rumors that he will run in the 4.4 range. Could be an option in Round 2 if we don't go CB in Round 1.
-OT Andre Dillard (Washington State) had a good day in practice showing quick feet, also weighed in at 6047, 310 lbs with 34" arms.
-OG Ben Powers (Oklahoma - 6037, 310 lbs) and OC Garrett Bradbury (NC State - 6027, 304 lbs) both had good days anchoring and taking on power rushes, could be Day 2-3 options.
-While the focus at WR is on Deebo Samuel and David Sills watch Andy Isabella (UMass) and Terry McLaurin (Ohio State) as sleepers this week.
-Isabella didn't have a good weigh-in coming in at 5087, 186 lbs with 8.5" hands, but he catches everything thrown near him and he runs crisp routes. I watched him torch UGA and top DB Deandre Baker for 15 receptions, 219 yards and 2 TD's, he's going to get the Wes Welker/Julian Edelman comps.
-McLaurin probably didn't get the love he deserved this season because Ohio State's offense had so many weapons and he's not an imposing size guy, but he was Mr. Reliable for Haskins and the Buckeyes, 35 receptions last year with 11 of them being for TD's. He came in at 6000, 205 with 9.125" hands but he had a really good day running routes and catching the ball.
-DE John Cominsky (Charleston) may have played Division II football, but he's physically developed at 6050 and 286 lbs. Be interesting to see how he fairs this week.
-QB Tyree Jackson (Buffalo) is a giant at 6070, 249 lbs with 10" hands

WR McLaurin has been Excellent and does everything well. Not a star but a player every coach would want. Saturday selection. Catches, blocks, ST's ace.

WR Samuel has been sensational. Best WR at Mobile.

Both Oklahoma Guards ( Powers, Samia) are looking solid in drills .

Ditto for Wash. St. OT Dillard

And he'd like to be in Buffalo

    https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffa...for-bills.html

Mobile, Ala. -- When Kansas State right tackle Dalton Risner was asked about potentially playing for the Buffalo Bills during media day at the Senior Bowl this week, his ears perked up and a smile appeared on his face.

“Where there’s a great need, right? I’d love to have a place in Buffalo,” Risner said.

The senior offensive lineman, who hasn’t given up a sack since 2016, knows the Bills have a number of holes to fill on an offensive line that was bad in 2018. For a college prospect looking for a good fit in the NFL it’s obvious to start with the teams that present the most opportunities.

Risner is familiar with the Bills because he has a few friends that have worn a Buffalo jersey.

“My buddy Glenn Gronkowski played down there in Buffalo for a little bit,” Risner said. “I have a really good friend, Harrison Phillips, who plays defensive tackle for ya’ll. Another small-town, corn-fed kid like myself. I really like that guy a lot. I’d love to be in Buffalo and help out their offensive line."

OT Kaleb McGary - Washington 6-7 321 - Looks very good. Great feet and technique.

    L. J. Collier TCU - 6-2 282 DE - Power and quickness - gets in the backfield and consistently blows up plays.

Keelan Doss WR - UC Davis - has made himself money. Quick in and out of routes. Beats the press coverage. Catches everything.

Extremely unimpressed with Ole Miss OG Javon Patterson on that first drive.

Im glad we're not looking for a QB this year.

    Dillard of WSU looked very good at LT;
The guy from USC did also.
In the Risner/Sweat fight, Risner's winning whenever they're matched.

I was hoping for a back flip after his play in the backfield.

Jones, Finley, Stidham and Jackson looked ok from what I saw (I didn't see too much though).

I only saw the first quarter and it was a disaster for Will Grier.

Canít say Iím unhappy. Did not like the whole ďIím skipping my teamís bowl game to prep for the draftĒ thing. To me that makes him undraftable. I mean especially for a guy in the mid-range of talent, where intangibles are going to be critical

I thought the WV WRs (Jennings/Sills) looked pretty good. And the little guy from Clemson (Renfrow) also reminded me of a Welker, Edelman, Amendola-type guy. Again, I didn't see enough of the game. Those that did, which WRs stuck out?

Also Johnson (UB) had one nice catch.
