George Will's startling assessment of Donald Trump

I don't always agree with George Will, but I respect him as an articulate logical principled conservative.

I have been watching him for over 3 decades.

Here's what he says about Donald Trump....

"I believe that what this president has done to our culture, to our civic discourse ... you cannot unring these bells and you cannot unsay what he has said, and you cannot change that he has now in a very short time made it seem normal for schoolboy taunts and obvious lies to be spun out in a constant stream. I think this will do more lasting damage than Richard Nixon's surreptitious burglaries did."

I gather George Will, once a very respected Conservative, is no longer so by the current Republicans who sold their soul for Donald Trump.

    For shame.

It's "startling" what a Never Trumper has to say?

Not too worried about what Trump is doing to a culture that celebrates THIS:

I find that less offensive than his embrace of white supremacy. But everyone has their values, I guess
