    Mitch Morse in Concussion Protocol

The reason KC didn't resign him was doubts about his health.

That is his 4th in 5 years.

It would suck if we got ourselves a real lemon here.

    Here's hoping we haven't.

A foot sprain two years ago doesn’t concern me. The concussions could be an issue.

Re: Mitch Morse in Concussion Protocol

That is a lot of concussions which tends to make recovery times longer.

Hope he is ok both in terms of football and long term health.

Not a good sign... This regime doesn't mind signing guys that have been injury prone and I don't mind either... But with that in mind... Shouldn't give them top dollar either...

When they traded up two spots when both Ford and Risner where on the board, I was surprised they didn't draft the one who could also play center.

Sit him out the rest of the preseason, he doesn't need to take on any more contact.

    Carrying over.

Morse sat out Tuesday, and coach Sean McDermott revealed Wednesday morning that Morse’s problem with concussions has resurfaced.

Re: Mitch Morse in Concussion Protocol

If this becomes a serious issue with Morse missing a bunch of regular season games, the Bills will look like fools for making him the highest paid center in the NFL.

Long should be getting more reps at center than guard at this point. He has to be better than Bodine, right?

Might want to rest him through the regular season so we'll have him a few plays if we get a wildcard. This is really a not good very bad development. There have been centers the past couple drafts they could have taken to grow with Allen. Of course they couldn't have supported those guys because they had crap o-line personnel and coaching.

Doesn't really make them look clever to suddenly realize they need an o-line in their 3rd year as part of any methodical process. When you're desperate you need to take risks, so we did because we were.
I lost a bet with Pink and all I got was this dumb avatar that I've had awhile anyway.

The long snapper would be better than Bodine, or a punter, Tyree Jackson....Terry Pegula, Mayor Brown......

Re: Mitch Morse in Concussion Protocol

. The following play was a scary one for fans in attendance. As Allen tried to sidestep the pass rush penetration of Ed Oliver, who was driving Russell Bodine back into the pocket, Allen’s left leg got tangled with Bodine’s as he was trying to re-establish an anchor and stop Oliver.

Fortunately Allen got his leg out of trouble in time to avoid getting his knee bent awkwardly on the play as that play was blown dead.
    Get well soon Mitch!

Yeah, a solid plan B behind an injury prone center for your new hopeful franchise QB wouldn't have been a bad idea.
