    Lol

I already laid this out. It’s illegal. If you’re dumb enough to think he was doing this out of generosity then you’re incredibly naive about Trump. The hotel is hemorrhaging cash. This is a guy that paid his kid’s $12 Cub Scout dues illegally out of his charitable foundation, you think this guy is giving away something? He already said himself he was charging for it. It’s crazy time when this behavior is being defended.

Stop the bluster and the BS. We’re a nation of laws. The President can’t take $10 legally from a foreign country. This was probably worth hundreds of thousands to Doral. He can’t do it. If he hadn’t caved this would have been challenged in court.
Beyond the legalities it looks sleazy- “hey world leaders stay at my hotels”. We need to restore some honor to the WH.

What a ****ing hypocrite. Massively unprincipled and dishonest hypocrite.

For years we have ut up with your bull**** about how all Americans and especially American presidents are the embodiment of corruption and evil.

Now, there IS a president who embodies everything you have supposedly spoken out about.

You're a fake and a fraud. And....very, very boring and predictable.

I don't believe that a G7 Meeting has ever been held at Reagan's or Bush's ranches.

And those leaders did NOT use their ranch as a business only in existence to turn a profit.

When True met world leaders at his "golf club" (outside the ridiculous effort at bring G7 there), it was among members that paid $200,000 each to be members of that club. That is de facto corruption.

Again, there were no paid memberships to Reagan's or Bush's ranches.

Your comparison is stupid and irrelevant. You are a hypocrite and a liar.

    1. So what? What's the difference between meeting one world leader and seven?

    2. The fact that world leaders stayed there certainly boosted the resale values of the property.

    3. Huh? Makes no sense.

    4. So what?

And all kidding aside, this is what Camp David was built for.

It has all the security you need to protect heads of state, and diplomats.

Unfortunately for Trump's lazy ass it only has a driving range and a one hole golf course.

Here's the thing, Dems what to impeach this Lunatic b/c they can't beat him at the ballot box.

Why can't Dems win an election ?, b/c there in "real" difference between Dem and GOP, therefore no incentive to vote for the other party.

But, Democats could offer some real substantive policy differences....like joining the 21st century and provide what other Western nations offer:

    - universal health care
    - paid maternity & parental leave
    - Real minimum wage
    - safe drinking water
    - national subsidized college/university protection
    - Real gun control legislation
    Etc, etc, etc

But that's 'heavy lifting', so it's easier to try to impeach than put together some "real" 21st century policies that work in every Western democratic nation.

So, the Dems loose this "impeachment thing", then nominate Joe B and loose at the ballot box b/c they offer no real difference except "we're not R's"...and you'll have your emboldened Lunatic Pres AND neutered Senate bootlickers nominated 2 more Trump SCOTUS judges

    That's Dumb.

The problem here is while many of us see those things as absolute rights, we as a country lag so far behind that many of those ideas scare us from even trying. Look at how certain posters treat politicians that do endorse those ideas. You'd think they are lunatics, but the reality is they are just trying to implement ideas that have succeeded elsewhere

Originally you wrote that the SCOTUS would repeal the 22nd, which they can't do. They can declare it unconstitutional under the scenario you presented in this response. Some may see that as splitting hairs, but it's a pretty big difference regarding the constitutional powers granted to each body.

That being said the idea that SCOTUS, let alone any court, would declare the 22nd unconstitutional is pretty far out there. Trump's not even the first President to talk about his disdain for the 22nd. Truman, Reagan and Clinton all talked about repealing it, but none did because there isn't a good legal argument to do it. The courts would be the only vehicle, but the courts have routinely dismissed most cases challenging the 22nd and in 1995 used it as a reason to declare an Arizona term limit law unconstitutional.

Your country has a tumor called the war industry.

Too much money to be made by leveraging fear and xenophobia, while producing nothing of value and destroying value.

You guys lost your country and your souls when you refused to recognize what was done to you on 9/11.

    Everything else flows from that.

Oh...a Honda Odyssey is the prefect and practical choice for the way I use a vehicle. i regularly have it packed to the gills with equipment for trade shows and the such.

Anyone who says that this type of vehicle (mini-van) is a "ridiculous ride" is an ass.....smearing literally tens of millions of people....and and an obvious insecure and vain wimp.

    I have some self respect.

We learned a long time ago you don't.

The Honda Odyssey van is just further proof, as if any is needed.
