Giving up a full TD more than you have been averaging all year is not 'clutch'.

They under-performed, just like the rest of the team.

    Goats

Josh Allen: the 3 misses on the 1st 3 drives left 21 points off the board.
Draft a franchise QB that X-Era would be proud to put in his user name for the next 13 years.

    Re: Balls and goats

Daboll calling that Gore off-tackle near the goal line with 8+ minutes left and letting > minute run off the clock.

All day long, Daboll could not find something that worked. Occasionally Singletary had a nice run, but it was mostly his effort.

Anyone not giving the o-line a goat is just lost. Dawson Knox too. That one catch don't make up for at least 4 huge gaffs he made. Get him outta here.

And someone tell me again please, where is this Kroft guy we signed? Our TEs are just the worst ever.

    Goats.

JA......he was running for his life all day but if he hits one of those open bombs early it could of been a different game.

OL.. sucked balls. Thought they were improving then the come up with maybe their worst showing of the season

Daboll........ The game plan to throw long early didn't make sense and didn't work.
Even Singletary had the one drop on the screen pass and the long ball that would have been a tough catch that he probably should have had.

Balls- Lawson, Alexander, Edmunds....most of the D. No one on O.

Goats: Bojorquez, Daboll, Allen, OL Knox for the drops, refs.

The no call on the pass interference at the end of the 3rd was mind-boggling and the phantom defensive holding call on a RUNNING play early absolutely affected the game.

100% agree. I love the way Knox runs over people but he does nothing else well.

Forced 7 punts anybody else do that this year with the Ravens.

Ask the Rams or the Patriots.

The D was awesome against an incredible athlete.

Don't forget the missed 12 players on the field just before Lamar's TD to Boyle. I've never scene McDermott so angry on the sidelines.

I was surprised to learn that wasn't reviewable. That should be eligible for replay.

The entire system should be reviewable. Officiating is horrid. Now they can't count either, apparently.

True, if any call could not be called subjective it be that one.

The problem is the human element as some refs would likely call that once it happened or if the game was getting out of hand they'd be more apt to call a flag yet the game was pretty clean up to that point so the guy responsible probably didn't think it was a big "deal". Penalties need to be black and white not this whole grey thing but adding the human element makes it just that grey since what one person sees is different or there should be an off the field official that should be in the booth and eligible to make calls too.

He's got good legs for a TE and can make plays he just needs some serious work on catching the ball. Hopefully a few more years and he'll be better other wise he'll be nothing more than a depth TE.

Baltimore started stacking the line and playing the WRs tight or if they were off they broke forward at the snap, essentially baiting Josh into the short sideline throws.

The counter to that is to beat them deep. Josh hit one all game.

Baltimore starting rushing 5 or 6 and Allen couldn't adapt and beat the blitz. Essentially he either had no time, all his short routes were covered, and his running game was getting stuffed. It's the kind of thing that usually happens to weak armed QBs that can't make a deep throw or medium out. In this case it's not arm strength but the outcome is still the same.

Teams are going to stuff the run, take away the short stuff and blitz the **** out of him until he can be productive enough deep to make that a bad strategy. Yesterday, even hitting 1/3 of those early deep balls would have been enough.

It's tough to fault Daboll given the constraints, he tried quicker shorter stuff, Baltimore just adjusted really quick and then Josh just kept holding the ball and trying to hit the homerun. **** he even ran some screens which was a new wrinkle. So was the C pulling that worked twice. Add in the drops to wide open receivers and I don't think scheme was why we lost.
