That's insane Lecter, it was legendary.

Yeah, I don't know, I sort of enjoyed one thing or another in any movie I watched no matter how bad it was.
I lost a bet with Pink and all I got was this dumb avatar that I've had awhile anyway.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural_Born_Killers

Natural Born Killers is a 1994 American satirical black comedy crime film directed by Oliver Stone and starring Woody Harrelson, Juliette Lewis, Robert Downey Jr., Tom Sizemore, and Tommy Lee Jones. The film tells the story of two victims of traumatic childhoods who became lovers and mass murderers, and are irresponsibly glorified by the mass media.

The film is based on an original screenplay by Quentin Tarantino that was heavily revised by Stone, writer David Veloz, and associate producer Richard Rutowski. Tarantino received a story credit. Jane Hamsher, Don Murphy, and Clayton Townsend produced the film, with Arnon Milchan, Thom Mount, and Stone as executive producers.

From Dusk till Dawn is a 1996 American action horror film[1] directed by Robert Rodriguez and written by Quentin Tarantino.[4] It stars Harvey Keitel, George Clooney, Tarantino, and Juliette Lewis. After enjoying financial success at the box office, it has since become a cult film.[5]

I didnt like Natural Born Killers all that much, but From Dusk til Dawn was a hoot.

How could anyone (any man at least) not love this?

Also, I know sequels are low hanging fruit, but major league 2 and caddyshack 2 arent even in the same solar system as the originals. Absolutely awful

Tarantino wrote Natural Born Killers but he wasn't happy with what Oliver Stone did with it. IIRC he wrote it as a criticism of the way the media glorifies killers but Stone made the movie more about the killers themselves and the media was only a small part near the end.

Tarantino directed the first half of From Dusk Til Dawn, roughly to the point when the vampires first show up. Rodriguez directed the vampire part. That's definitely not my favorite Tarantino movie because it feels very disjointed. The first half is very Tarantino-ish and the second half is a vampire slasher flick.

Damned if I remember. It was probably 20 years ago.

Re: Worst Movie you ever seen?

Ok, I thought of one. It probably wasn't even a bad one, but it was the most painful, miserable movie I ever saw and I'd never go near it again.

Seize the Day with Robin Williams. Williams had such an expressive face needing to laugh, and the movie basically takes him as a nice guy who is trying, and systematically destroys him in agonizing steps as he keeps trying desperately, deconstructing him into this woeful ending that depressed me for a week.

It was my gf's choice, she was smoking, a certified aerobics teacher, and I was so aggravated with her for it, and so terribly depressed after it, I took my vacation immediately and stayed in bed for a week without wanting anything to do with her. No, I wasn't inclined to such things whatever.

This was back in the 90's, I'm not even sure I'd see the movie the same way, but there's no way in hell I'll even try. Oh it was a terrible experience even while my life was just freaking dandy.

Another one that sucked for me personally: Father of the Bride.

When I saw it later, it was funny, but the first time I saw it was literally a day before I was going to get on a flight to go tell my wife's dad that we were engaged. Steve Martin's perspective on the issue was not what I wanted to see at that moment.

I never cared for any Kubrick films, and my daughter bought me a three pack (Shining, Clockwork, 2001) for Father's Day, lol

Even Nicholson couldn't save The Shining.

Lair of the White Worm was dumb too.... Not into Ken Russell at all either.

I don't think I ever saw the original Shining. There was a made for TV two night special in the 90's and Stephen King said he liked that one better than the Kubrik version because it was more true to the book.

Clockwork Orange is violent and can be hard to sit through but overall I think it's great.

Full Metal Jacket is really good too, especially the first half.

Dr. Strangelove is great if you understand enough history to realize what they are spoofing.

    No, for three reasons:
    1. I had only met him once before I proposed. We were both broke college students and she lived in Puerto Rico and I was still going to school in WNY. We had each only met each other's families once when we got engaged.
    2. That's old-school sexist stuff.
    3. I was afraid he'd say no and then I would have had no idea what to do from there.
