“If Mike qualifies, he will debate,” Bloomberg spokeswoman Galia Slayen told The Hill.
Well there are Special Rules for him, so it depends on how he feels, and if the DNC thinks it might be better to hold off.

I want someone who gives the traditionally oppressed and underrepresented an equal opportunity (its up to you if you get an equal outcome, but everyone should get an equal opportunity), who looks after the working classes (capping student loan income based repayment plans at best, assuming people like me are grandfathered in so all our debts are forgiven, is I gots mine F*** you!), and who will make the needed electoral changes (especially campaign finance reform and shutting down the money streams from big business, foreign governments, lobbyists etc so that no single entity may give funds or a gift totaling more than 100.00 USD) to protect and restore our democratic institutions. Republican (he isn't even Diet, he is still a ****ing Republican) Mikey Bloomberg is not the man who is going to do any of this. He is Hillary only more right wing authoritarian, wall street whoring, and war mongering.

They can dictate the ability to advertise. Do away with it, just like tobacco.

I don't think the voters are getting much information right now, so 'less' isn't a concern of mine.

    1. Yes, what FDR did to Japanese Americans was inexcusable then as much as it is now
    2. Then again it was a very racist time, youtube -if you dare - the cartoon Scrub Me Mamma with a Boogie Beat, or the very first Batman (1943)
    3. FDR, or at least Eleanor, DID ensure that all new deal aid would be doled out regardless of the color of the recipient's skin color and this was a major step in the right direction.

So you want to limit not only the amount of time a candidate can talk to voters but also limit their opportunities? No thank you.

Advertising isn't talking to voters, it's talking at them.

They can get out and visit town halls, shake hands and kiss babies as much as they want, once the season starts.

It isn't when the original comment implies FDR wasn't racist.

    What's your point?

Unless someone is entirely innocent in heart and deed they get no credit for doing the right thing?

Bloomberg needed to pay someone to debate for him.

That performance was about as bad as they come.
