National Pundits High on Buffalo Bills in 2020

The Buffalo Bills are primed to take over the AFC East this year.
For so long, saying that felt like an inside joke among Bills fans, something to keep us all sane as we watched Tom Brady and the New England Patriots dominate the division, the conference, and the league for two decades. Now, with Brady having gone south to sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Bills seem to have an opening.
Combine that personnel change in Foxborough with the all-in style roster moves the Bills have made this offseason, and what once felt like a pipe dream seems like it could be reality. Not only do Bills fans Billieve that the team is ready to win the division in 2020, but many national outlets are on board, as well.

If that's not another sign that the Bills are cursed: we have a legit shot at winning the division for the first time in 2 decades, and there may not be a season.

And yes, I know I've expressed a lot of reservations about this team. I'm still not 100% convinced that this isn't the same old Bills. But, the big difference is the rest of our division is on the same level. NJB and the Fish are rebuilding and are still several steps behind us. The Patriots have a smashing D but no QB, and as Bills fans, we know damn well what that gets you: a record that floats around .500 and a draft pick outside of the top 10.

I'm thinking 9-7 or even 8-8 wins the div this year.

I've seen a rumor that we might try to trade Dion Dawkins.
Just for the fun of it and I don't advocate for this myself.
What could we expect to get in draft picks?
    Any opinions out there?

Whenever we move on from a player- whether it's trade, cut, or just letting him walk in FA- my first question is: Who do we have- or can reasonably get- that's equal or better?

Dawkins has been a bit of a disappointment in the sense that he hasn't lived up to expectations, but he's also not completely useless, and as it stands today, our patchwork OL is better with him than without him.

I agree Op we should try and keep him.
His contract is coming up so we better make the right decision.
Just an if but if we were trying to move/trade him what could we expect to get?
Draft compensation is what I'm most interested in.

I'm guessing a 4th. If he was locked up for a couple years we could get maybe a 3rd.

Careful they were smoking brownjuana last year. Oh, and OPIV, you may be right about the cursed thing.
