I agree, and he needs to learn to slide like Brady. However, I love the confidence his team mates have in him and that he has in himself. I have not seen that since gosh 2011 Fitz?

Speaking of Brady, Josh Allen already has more rushing yards than him.

Brady slides because he can't run and knows it.

He slides because he got jacked-up by Nate Clements many years ago.

If he stops fumbling and hits those wide open guys, he could be one of the best QBs in the league.

Running QBs tend to have far shorter careers than pocket.guys. Yes, Allen's legs are a great secondary weapon but I would much rather he work on his primary weapon, his arm

Yeah but they did nothing in those 16 touches. It shouldn't take 17 touches before the RBs start to produce.

I do not believe the coaches have not tried to coach him up on this but have failed. It's indicative of Allen not being coach able and trying to keep the whole game on his shoulders like some kind of God. If he doesn't get injured there are some big brick walls in his future.

Different game plan vs different teams. Jets have one of the better run defenses in the league.

Eehhh....I think one of the things you can say about Allen is he is coachable.

Then why is he doing the rag doll routine with his body when it isn't necessary?

Daboll runs him as part of the offense.

We've had QB's with crazy legs needing to run. That's not Allen. He stays in the pocket looking to pass as long as he can.

Ask Daboll what he's doing with him.
I lost a bet with Pink and all I got was this dumb avatar that I've had awhile anyway.

He wants to win. He will grow out of that. As for not being coachable or improving? My God, all we see from the kid is improvement.

If you notice, Allen shows very good pocket awareness and has a natural sense of escapability lotsa times.

I did notice that... BUT sometimes in the Jets game he seemed to get overly excited and started with the happy feet and throwing without setting... Brown miss as an example.

it happened a couple of times when I could see year 1 Josh... then he calmed down again.

he loses control of his excitement level at times.
