Like some others, I'm also certain Mahomes will be playing. I think the supposed concussion is less of an issue than Mahomes' toe, but the toe won't keep him from playing either. The toe may, however, keep him from being quite as mobile as he usually is. If I'm Frazier, I want to scheme getting pressure up the middle and see how how effective he can be if he is hobbled a bit. Of course, Frazier would have to be prepared to make adjustments if Mahomes can make his usual amazing passes while rolling out.

Patrick Mahomes Remains in Concussion Protocol, Could Be Cleared Friday Afternoon

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes practiced Friday but still has to clear the NFL's concussion protocol before he can return to the field for Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Buffalo Bills.

After being a limited participant on Wednesday and Thursday, Mahomes was a full participant in Friday's practice, and Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said Mahomes has cleared the concussion protocol.

"Patrick and (Bashaud) Breeland are still in the protocol," Reid said after practice.
