    KC defense .

Well, itís Allenís turn. KC defense will be the worst defense we play this post season. Time to put up over 40 and make them to do the same to beat us.

It's definitely not as good as Baltimore or Indy, but they continue to surprise me with how they step up when needed

DBs were holding and hitting after the whistle on every play against Cleveland.

If we are ready we will do very well.

The ready should be a given but it can't be when you've never been this far before.

Having said that I'm very confident we will be ready very ready in fact.

    1-0 is the goal.

Just like our D. They make plays when they need to.

But they're definitely not as good as the Ravens or Colts on D.

KC plays to the level of their competition, which keeps them in every game, regardless of who they’re playing. It comes down to the last half of the 4th qtr and they’ve been pretty good.

Tre White is one of the most handsy DBs in the league. He's pretty good at playing right on that edge, but he holds and grabs as much as anyone. Plus his rep seems to benefit him with a lot of non calls.

Also, it's tough to grab Diggs or Beas on some of their quick short routes with double or triple moves, they just get off the line so clean that the DB can't grab.

    I'm not worried.

A healthy Cole Beasley would make a world of difference to our Offense. By the time the KC games starts, it will have been a month since his initial injury.

He (understandably) hasnít been himself the last 2 games.

their D is like our D recently. Not impressive but they have stepped up enough to help win games.

I think he was better yesterday than the previous week. the fact that he was virtually invisible may have been due more to the Baltimore defense's game plan and Daboll's/Allen's adaptations that resulted from it.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

    Re: KC defense .

They are a bit banged up. Breeland left with a concussion, another cb has a lower leg injury, Willie Gay didn't play due to a high ankle sprain in week 17.

They are far better coached over the past 2 years than in the past. And the Honey badger has become the face of their D.

    But they can be beat.

    Re: KC defense .

If Mahomes plays.....this game is setting up like what the 1991 Super Bowl the Bills was supposed to play....Buffalo against San Fran....two high flying offenses.

In the NFC Championship game, the Giants held San Fran to only one TD and won 15-13 because of a Lawrence Taylor fumble recovery with 3 minutes left in the game that led to the last second FG win.

Instead of having an expected offense centric Super Bowl....it turned into another defensive scrum ending with the famous "wide right" phrase that haunts every Bills fan to this day.

    Re: KC defense .

Honestly, their D does not worry me. Even our D does not worry me. Basically, if I were McD I borrow Belichick's scheme against us from Superbowl XXV and I borrow from our first match up with them back in October. Let them run, let them run let them run. Let them have short passes but do not give up the big play. On offense, first team to 30 wins. If wind and precipitation are problems we are so ****ed, but if its not too windy or the precipitation is not too big a problem we should be able to take it. I am calling it Bills 35, Chiefs 30. Oh and two more things, no celebrating in the endzone just because we have a lead. Also, for the love of God Coach McD, do not do not do not defer to the second half if we win the coin toss. That is suicidal in this situation. We have to get the ball and we have to score from the get go. Make them play from behind.
