We don't even have pictures
Just memories to hold
That grow sweeter each season
As we slowly grow old...
When it rains, it pours with this team; earlier today, head coach Don Granato noted that Jack Quinn is going to be out of the lineup(how much time is unknown); he suffered a lower body injury and was scheduled to have an MRI today. He played through it for two periods; Granato noted that it's probably a good sign.
Also: Granato added that if Craig Anderson is ready to go, he'll be the Sabres #1 netminder again. Anderson, however, said he'd need 5-7 good practices to get to the point where he'd be ready.
"We've got a lot to cover. The good news is...I've got the time and I ain't going anywhere." -CM Punk, AEW Rampage, 8/20/21
"I see things in black and white and I have a zero tolerance policy for ****ty people." -Jon Moxley, AEW Dynamite, 1/6/21
Sabres players are always injured. And for long periods.
Something is not right with the organizations training department/medical staff.

Sportslogos.net notes that next season will see the return of the Goathead jersey(albeit with a few tweaks).

Don't spend a dime on this team until they spend a dime to make the team better.
Krebs gets his first career goal!
Time for him to get injured.
Seriously though, exciting youth on the horizon. Cozens is coming on too.
And now Krebs with his second
Thompson's got a pair of goals. So does Skinner.
They're actually blowing someone out!
Fun game. Couldn't be happier for Houser. Put Girgenson and Mittelstadt in there and keep the team healthy maybe they can do this again soon. Penalty kill was much better.
Don't know what Eichel will look like when he comes back, but Tuch and Krebs were good gets in that trade.
Followup to #656: Mittelstadt is back in the lineup for tonight's game against Ottawa; he'll be centering a line with Krebs & Bjork.
Ottawa came out with a chip on their shoulder for this game.
Sabres PP was 0-5.
Ottawa - 5
Buffalo - 0
Getting updates, I'm glad I skipped this game (along with most of the others)
The future is bright, but I've never been so apathetic towards this team in my whole fandom. Going by sabres podcasters, im hardly alone
