    One point of light....

I know we're all just wallowing in misery after last night, so I want to try something different.

Give me one positive that will sustain you until next fall.

    ANYTHING.

Anything you saw positive this year that you can cling to, or that you feel the team can build on for next year.

    THE ONLY CAVEAT....

Is that it can't be Josh Allen is a stud....Josh Allen is an MVP....etc, etc...I think after what we witnessed last night.... really over the last two years, that we all believe that is an axiom.

So step back from the ledge, and dig deep.

    Put your thinking caps on.

Give yourself a reason to feel better today.

    I'll start.

Dawson Knox. Whatever training and crazy had to eye coordination things he did in the off-season worked.

I was very hard on him last year for his consistency....make the crazy difficult catch, drop the one between the 8 and the 8.

He solidified the TE position, and was a big part of our success this year.

    Next?

Dammit. Allen was my immediate answer and Knox was my second.

So in the interest of something different.. Gabe Davis. He's got great hands and space awareness.. especially for such a young player.

Sean Payton may opt out of his contract with New Orleans, so there is a 0.05% chance we will dump the current idiot staff that we have and bring in a coach that isn't almost solely responsible for three straight playoff collapses.

They missed your point… “at this time”.

I liked Oliver and Bass solidified his place. Davis was awesome last night but was a ghost during this season in stretches.
    that I blame on Daboll.

Poyer became a star… at least in WNY.

Tre White, not Levi Wallace, is covering Kelce on that last play before the FG to send it to OT.

Do any of us think White covers it the same way Wallace did?

And just that one play with different/better coverage means a Bills victory.

I don't have a problem with that Hill play because any team will allow that, as most QBs won't just take it anyway. And that is the difference between Mahomes and everyone else.

I thought you were referring to him missing a big chunk of next season… not sure Tre would have been on him and not Hill.

Meant both, but specifically in last nights situation.

Against lesser teams, we don't really need him. When you play teams like the Chiefs or the Bengals or the Chargers, those high octane passing offenses him being out is a glaring hole.

There are things in the works that look to tie the Bills to Buffalo much further into the future than they currently are. Am really looking forward to all that punishment!

With the emergence of Davis, I wonder if we go in free agency and get a true number 2 WR, then put diggs in the slot. Diggs would be very good in the slot

I'm not sure if Wallace just screwed up, or if a dumb scheme called for him to zone the sideline and our safeties were playing deep centerfield, leaving no one on Kelce. But fully agree on your overall point: Tre White would have made 1-2 plays in that fourth quarter. Maybe it's on Tyreek's 65 yard TD. Or maybe he's smart enough to bust the scheme and go get Kelce on that last play. But there's no arguing that last night it became obvious how much Tre matters.
Wake up, brush your teeth, and get ready for a day of hating the Dolphins. Or the Pats? How to choose?

We learned that you can score with 13 seconds remaining providing the team you play has a scheme with the word Tampa in it.

    oh wait.
