Haven't even started the purging yet, which has to be done with the tight cap.

Let's allow it to run it's course and view the moves.
Anonymity is an abused privilege, abused most by people who mistake vitriol for wisdom and cynicism for wit

Giants released Rudolph. I would add him as a potential free agent target.

Have to go with this. I'm already overly upset and nothing happened yet. I'm getting old.

    Good to have Kumerow back.

Kinda surprised at the money they gave Neal.

    Re: 2022 Roster Analysis

If the Bills were interested in trading Edmunds, they would not be on the hook for any of his $12,716,000 cap hit for 2022, which is a big reason why he’s a prime candidate to trade.

So will we or won't we?

I don't think he'd feel too bad about that.
Allegedly 3 years, $19.5 million with Minnesota. We could have paid that.

For sure, though that seems like a draft target along with an interior offensive lineman and DB depth.

Which means there is another reason why the Bills let him go.

57 guys total by my count, including the futures contracts. A long way to go to get to 90.

Amazed at all the moves by Beane in the last week, especially in the Bills DL.

He kept the 3 kids in Epenesa, Rousseau and Basham while banishing all the rest. Completely overhauled the DT position. There was a report he was livid with the KC game finish and it's obvious where he focused the positional blame (outside of coaching).

From the moment he took the job, Beane has shown NO hesitation in remaking what needs to be remade.

Itís why he almost completely overturned the whole roster in about two years.

    Thanks Yard.

It's getting there. All 32 teams still have roster positions to work on.

FA, draft, post draft cuts . Lots of time.

    Re: 2022 Roster Analysis

Not worth a thread...but Beane was shown at the Arkansas/NM St. game, sitting by himself in the stands.

When he realized the camera was on him he waved...and got a really good applause by the B-ball fans attending.

That wouldn't have happened with Buddy Nix, and certainly not Dick Jauron. It helps when you've built a SB contender.

    Re: 2022 Roster Analysis

So it looks like we've got $4.6MM in space: https://overthecap.com/salary-cap/buffalo-bills/

I guess we're done in FA? Though would love it if a guy like Haden came over here for the cheap.

Either way, I see the main holes as CB and Guard. But given how deep CB is in the draft, I can see BPA between CB, Guard, WR and depending on how Beane really feels about Edmunds - LB if Dean falls.
