The moment running back James Cook got the call from the Buffalo #Bills. His brother Dalvin Cook was the most turnt out of everyone #BillsMafia #GoDawgs pic.twitter.com/pnTUPsamrt

No, James Cook wasn't upset to be picked by the Bills. He said that his son was crying and that he didn't hear the Bills' phone call.

Not only does the pick of Cook stand on its own merits, but he is athletically similar to *maybe a future HOF brother Dalvin Cook.
He has less than 500 career carries SINCE HIS FRESHMAN YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL.
He literally has zero miles comparatively to RB's exiting college.
Maybe something, maybe nothing. But he is fresh, he is fast and he will be an additive to the O this year.

He’ll platoon in the slot with Crowder and at RB with Motor. Should be the primary returner too?
He gets to win and NCAA championship and Super Bowl back to back!

Jesus, Maria y Jose, let's ****ing go, Buffalo!!!!
The Mexican&
too!!
- Adriano & Emiliano, the next Villa & Zapata. Viva Mexico, cabrones!!! -
I'm glad they redid the weed rules because he wasn't going to make it to camp under those old rules. I think he'll be excited when he finds out tomorrow.
Also, I heard predraft that he trains with Singletary in the offseason, so that's cool.
An excellent receiver as well. Hopefully a latter-day Thurman to Allen's Kelly.

Let people be happy. Love it!!!
Lou Saban: You can get it done, you can get it done. And what’s more, you’ve gotta get it done.
Brings back the old term, Wingback.
Line him up in the backfield. Line him up wide. Great hands. 4.42 40. Cuts on a dime and pulls away.
Props to the Bills for envisioning a different kind of player, who is very effective a both a RB and WR.
We don't even have pictures
Just memories to hold
That grow sweeter each season
As we slowly grow old...
He reminds me a lot of Eric Metcalf
Night Train (04-30-2022)
2 TE sets with him back there. If the D plays nickel, we're running with a convoy to the right against an extra DB. If they bring 3 LBs onto the field, we split him out wide and force man coverage somewhere; Knox, Howard, Diggs, Davis or Cook, someone is getting covered by a LB.
And he's another safety valve for Josh. If teams are going to play two deep safeties all game we can take the underneath for 6 or 7 yards plus 2 or 3 YAC. This probably doesn't lead to more points but it will reduce the variance, it'll be a lot harder to shut us down completely.

Replaces J.D. McKissic, plus faster and bigger.
I would have rather had Spiller, but I have no issues with the pick... he'll add a different dynamic to the offense.
